Absolutely loved the cozy design and the cleanliness was top-notch! The shared bathroom was surprisingly private—thankfully, I didn't feel like a contestant on 'Survivor'.
Though, a friendly reminder that air conditioning means more than a ceiling fan, especially in summer! It was hotter than my last yoga class, darling.

A fitting option for a transient visit in Florence with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our check-in time. Just be mindful of the mini bar charges to avoid any confusion.

We had an excellent time at Domus 19! The location was perfect, just a 25-minute walk to main tourist sites, and the nearby shops were lovely to explore. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, ensuring a great night's sleep. The rooftop terrace was a highlight where we enjoyed sipping coffee and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere.
The shared bathrooms could use more frequent mat changes.

We loved exploring Florence from this place, especially the easy access to public transport. The room was cozy, and my kids particularly enjoyed the short walk to the lively area for local snacks. Their flexibility with our check-in times was a huge plus for our large family.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise at night could be bothersome for families with young kids.

Great Location, but Mind the Noise
The double room was cozy and clean. Enjoyed pancakes at a nearby café for breakfast, which was a delight. While the street noise was a bit much for open windows, we managed to sleep well. Pro tip, ask for the mini bar details upfront to avoid confusion.

The flat features a lovely rooftop balcony and vibrant greenery, creating a cozy atmosphere. However, initial communication regarding the mini bar was confusing. it led to an unpleasant phone call after my departure, with accusations over missing items that were not clearly indicated as extra charges. Despite this, the owner was generally friendly and helpful with check-in details. Access to public transportation was convenient, allowing easy exploration of the area.

Couple perfect getaway
We had an excellent time at this place. The owner Raimondo went above and beyond, anticipating our arrival and making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. Our room was super spacious and clean with great air conditioning, so we were comfortable even in the heat. The rooftop terrace was a highlight. sipping coffee there in the morning was something special. Also, there’s a great café just a couple minutes away for breakfast, those pistachio croissants are to die for.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still reasonable given the experience.

During my recent business trip, I stayed for three nights at Domus 19. The spacious and clean double room offered excellent air conditioning, which was essential in the warm weather. The highlight was the rooftop terrace where I enjoyed morning coffee in a pleasant atmosphere. The location also provided easy access to public transportation for convenient meetings.
Clarity on mini bar charges could be improved.
