The location of this budget B&B is fantastic, as it is within walking distance to the main tourist areas and the heart of the city. There are also good nearby facilities such as shops and cafes, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff is excellent. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day.
The doorbell seems to have some issues, causing delays for guests when checking in or retrieving their luggage.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its excellent value for money and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a part of their family. The rooms had a shabby chic decor, giving them a lovely vintage feel. I particularly loved the air conditioning, which kept me cool during the summer. And the breakfast, despite the tiny coffee, was absolutely delicious.
Nothing at all to fault about this hotel.

Stayed here over Easter weekend and had a great time! the room was spacious and comfy with a fantastic fan to keep cool. The bathroom was modern and spotless, which was great. the location is key with only a 15-minute walk into the city center and a supermarket close by. Lastly, the breakfast provided was simple but tasty - perfect for a quick start to the day.
That the room got a little cold at night despite the fan, but it wasn't a big issue. , in the morning there was some noise from one of the staff members cleaning the bathroom, but it wasn't too disruptive and I just wore earplugs.

The location was also great, with easy access to the city center either by bus or a pleasant walk. Additionally, Raimondo, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations and accommodating any questions we had. The breakfast was nice with a good range of food. They also offered a complementary bottle of water on arrival. The hotel is in a good location, close to a lot of sights and attractions. The room was clean and tidy, which was really important for us.
The room was very cold and there weren't enough blankets to keep us warm. the noise from the street outside was really loud at night which made it hard to sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were really nice and spacious, with large lockers for your belongings. The free WiFi was a bonus too. The location was outside of the city center, but it was just a short walk to all the main attractions. The area around the hotel was thriving, with lots of great places to eat, from classic Tuscan cuisine to frozen yogurt pancakes and vegan options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh pastries and breakfast foods.
The breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. The bread was old and the jams were cheap.
